Data processing agreement

When migrating email, emailmover is the processor and you are the controller.

Roles

You decide which mailboxes are migrated (controller). emailmover performs the migration on your behalf (processor).

We process only what's needed to copy messages: IMAP connections and metadata (counts, sizes). Email content is not stored.

Processing takes place on EU infrastructure. On request we provide a signed data processing agreement with the list of subprocessors.
