Migrate KPN email before you cancel

Cancelling your KPN subscription? Your @kpnmail.nl address expires after a while. Move your mail in time to a lasting address.

Set up IMAP access
  1. Log in to MijnKPN and check your e-mail settings.
  2. Use your KPN mail password for IMAP.
  3. IMAP server: imap.kpnmail.nl, port 993 (SSL).

Moved in five steps

  1. Create a free account on emailmover.online and verify your e-mail address.
  2. Enter the IMAP details of your KPN mailbox (source) and your new mailbox (target).
  3. Click "Test for free" — you instantly see how many GB and messages there are to move.
