Migrate Fastmail to or from Fastmail

Set up IMAP access
- In Fastmail go to Settings - Privacy & Security - Integrations and create an app password for IMAP.
- Use that app password, not your regular password.
- IMAP server: imap.fastmail.com, port 993 (SSL).
