How emailmover handles your data.
No email content stored
During a migration your messages flow straight from source to target. We never store the content of your email.
Passwords
IMAP passwords are stored encrypted until your migration finishes and wiped immediately after. They're never stored in the clear and never appear in logs.
EU hosting
All infrastructure runs in the EU. We process as little personal data as possible and keep logs (without content) for at most 30 days.
Cookies and analytics
Analytics cookies (Google Analytics and PostHog, EU-hosted in Frankfurt) are only set after you consent; you can change that at the bottom of any page. We measure how the site is used, including session recordings of the public pages in which every input field is masked. On the login and migration pages we record nothing.
Your rights
You can have your account and data deleted. Invoices are kept as long as the law requires.
