Migrate T-Online email before you cancel

When cancelling your Telekom contract your @t-online.de mailbox can expire. Copy everything in time.

Set up IMAP access
  1. Log in to the Telekom E-Mail Center.
  2. Under Settings create a separate e-mail password for external programs (IMAP).
  3. IMAP server: secureimap.t-online.de, port 993 (SSL).

Moved in five steps

  1. Create a free account on emailmover.online and verify your e-mail address.
  2. Enter the IMAP details of your T-Online mailbox (source) and your new mailbox (target).
  3. Click "Test for free" — you instantly see how many GB and messages there are to move.
  4. The first 0.5 GB is free; above that you pay €1 per GB. Start the migration.
  5. Feel free to close your laptop: the migration runs on our servers and we e-mail you when it is done.
