Migrate Microsoft 365 / Outlook.com email
Please note: Microsoft has switched off password and app-password sign-in for mail (Microsoft 365 in 2023, Outlook.com in 2024). Moving mail from or to a Microsoft mailbox is therefore not possible via emailmover at the moment. We are building a secure connection that signs you in directly with your Microsoft account.
Set up IMAP access
- Creating an app password is pointless: Microsoft no longer accepts it for mail.
- As soon as the Microsoft connection is live you will read it here — no more passwords to fill in.
- All other providers in our guides (Gmail, Yahoo, iCloud, hosting packages) migrate as usual.
